2021.03.22. Members of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia B.Purevdorj and A.Adiyasuren have presented a draft law on Joint Pension to Chairman of Parliament G.Zandanshatar.

The main concept of the draft legislation is that if one of the family members passes away, a certain percentage of the pension will be inherited to a remaining family member for life. But there are certain criterias. For instances, they have lived together for more than 10 years, have a marriage certificate, and have a child(s) of their own.
