On July 15, 2016, Chairman of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, Miyegombo Enkhbold had a meeting with Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

 

 

During the meeting Speaker M.Enkhbold noted, “Mongolia and Laos have a wide potential for cooperating in the agricultural, industrial, mining and other fields, thereby Mongolia is interested in implementing certain initiatives in the agricultural sphere”.

 

 

Premier Thongloun Sisoulith affirmed to encourage economic, trade, investment relations and that the two countries are possible to forward bilateral cooperation in the agricultural sector, in particularly, in animal husbandry.
