The Chair of the Mongolia-Croatia Parliamentary Group in Parliament of Mongolia, J. Aldarjavkhlan, met with the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia

On April 14, 2025, J. Aldarjavkhlan, Member of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia and Chair of the Mongolia-Croatia Parliamentary Group, hosted a meeting with Frano Matušić, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, who is visiting Mongolia to attend the political consultation between Mongolia and Croatia. During the meeting, they exchanged views on the relations and cooperation between the two countries.


Chair J. Aldarjavkhlan highlighted the similarities between the two countries, such as their population size, democratic systems, and unicameral parliaments. He emphasized the potential for strengthening and developing bilateral relations and cooperation across all sectors.


Secretary of State Frano Matušić presented Croatia's foreign policy of fostering friendly relations with Asian countries and underscored the importance of parliamentary cooperation in expanding and strengthening the relationship between the two nations. He also conveyed the greetings of the Chairman of the Croatia-Mongolia Parliamentary Group to Chairman J. Aldarjavkhlan.

Chair J. Aldarjavkhlan proposed holding an online meeting between the Mongolia-Croatia Parliamentary Group next month. The Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Mongolia, Dario Mihelin, also attended the meeting, as reported by the Secretariat of the State Great Hural (Parliament).
