On 25 June 2025, Minister of Finance B. Javkhlan and Chief of Cabinet Secretariat of the Government S. Byambatsogt submitted to Mr. D. Amarbayasgalan, Chairman of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, the following draft laws:

●      the draft law on amendments to the Law on the 2025 State Budget of Mongolia,

●      the draft law on amendments to the Law on the 2025 Budget of the National Wealth Fund,

●      the draft law on amendments to the Law on the 2025 Budget of the Social Insurance Fund, and

●      the draft law on amendments to the Law on the 2025 Budget of the Health Insurance Fund,
as well as other draft legislation developed in connection with these laws.

According to the Press and Public Relations Department of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, these draft laws were submitted to be discussed under an expedited procedure in accordance with Article 33.1 of the Law on the Procedure of the Plenary Session of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia.
