At the beginning of the meeting, MP and Head of the Mongolia-Czech Parliamentary Group J. Bat-Erdene expressed his pleasure at meeting Stanislav Berkovec again.

He expressed confidence that this historic visit had made a valuable contribution to expanding and enriching bilateral cooperation in various sectors, especially in the social and economic spheres, while also clearly defining the goals and objectives of future cooperation.

He also noted that Czech President Petr Pavel and Prime Minister Petr Fiala had emphasized that environmental protection is one of the priority areas of bilateral cooperation, and expressed their willingness to collaborate in the conservation and breeding of the Gobi bear and the brown bear. He also conveyed his appreciation to the Government and the warm-hearted people of the Czech Republic for their active involvement and valuable support in successfully carrying out the projects and programs aimed at registering and reintroducing the Przewalski’s horse—an emblem of Mongolia-Czech relations—and for their efforts in boosting the population of this species in Mongolia.

The Chair of the Czech-Mongolian Parliamentary Group, Stanislav Berkovec, congratulated Member of the State Great Hural and Chair of the Mongolian-Czech Parliamentary Group, J. Bat-Erdene, on being awarded the honorary title of "Distinguished Transport Worker." He also noted in the conversation that there are over 14,000 Mongolian citizens living, working, and studying in the Czech Republic. Additionally, more than 20,000 Mongolians have studied and received education there, and these individuals have continuously served as a bridge for the friendly relations and cooperation between the peoples of Mongolia and the Czech Republic.
