Mr. Gerry Brownlee, Speaker of the New Zealand House of Representatives, Visits the “Chinggis Khaan” National Museum

At the invitation of Mr. D. Amarbayasgalan, Chairman of the State Great Hural. Mr. Gerry Brownlee, Speaker of the New Zealand House of Representatives, and his accompanying delegation, who are paying an official visit to Mongolia, visited the “Chinggis Khaan” National Museum today (September 1, 2025).


The delegation was received by Ch. Undram, Minister of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth of Mongolia; S. Erdenebold, MP and Chair of the Mongolia–New Zealand Parliamentary Group; and S. Chuluun, Director of the “Chinggis Khaan” National Museum.



Mr. Gerry Brownlee and his delegation toured the Ancient Statehood Hall, the Great Mongol Empire Hall, and the Great Khan’s Palace Hall of the museum.


They later visited the Golden Statue of Chinggis Khaan in the museum’s Hall of Honor, where they left their impressions in the museum’s Guest Book and signed it, according to the Press Office of the State Great Hural (Parliament).
