As part of his official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan (September 4, 2025), Chairman D. Amarbayasgalan of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia visited the Center for E-Government Support under the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan.
Ranked 24th globally in e-governance indicators, this center in Kazakhstan provides expertise, methodology, research, and organizational support for the digital transformation of public administration. It works on developing and implementing GovTech technologies, ensuring the integration of digital projects, and enhancing the transparency and quality of government institutions and public services.
Chairman D. Amarbayasgalan of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia emphasized that the development of the communications and information technology sector is a national priority and that the digitalization of government operations is progressing in stages. He noted that Parliament has been actively focused on amending and supplementing relevant laws to support the digital transition within a legal framework. He also pointed out that keeping pace with rapid, AI-driven technological advancements is an ongoing challenge on the international stage.
The visiting delegation also familiarized themselves with the activities of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and the company “Kazakh Invest.”
During the visit, they discussed and exchanged views on issues such as the conditions of the international market, investment research, legal support for increasing foreign and domestic investment, and the differentiation of rights and responsibilities.
